It all started in 1994, when Barry Scott opened a small office in downtown Richmond Virginia with the vision to find new and innovative ways for retail agencies to access alternative markets. Geoff Cahill joined as Vice President in 1995, and as the firm grew, so did its reputation for expertise in providing solutions for risks declined by the standard market.
